At Herminfashion, we take pride in turning your ideas into reality. From conceptualization to production and delivery, our streamlined process ensures that we meet your expectations at every step. Here's a closer look at how we work with you to create high-quality, customized products.
1. Initial Contact: Share your design requirements with us.
2. Quote and Agreement: Upon receiving your design specifications, we'll provide a detailed quote. Sample costs are $50 for PU handbags and $80-$120 for genuine leather handbags. If molds are required, there will be an extra mold fee. Once we reach an agreement, we'll formalize our partnership with a contract outlining all terms and conditions.
3. Sampling: Within 10-20 days of agreement, we'll create a sample based on your design. If molds are needed, an additional fee will apply.
4. Feedback and Finalization: After receiving the sample, you'll have the opportunity to review it thoroughly. Any necessary adjustments will be made until you're completely satisfied with the design.
5. Production: Once the sample is approved, we'll begin bulk production, which typically takes 45 days to complete. Throughout this process, we maintain stringent quality control measures to ensure consistency and excellence in every piece.
6. Shipping: Our standard shipping terms include FOB (Free On Board) or CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight). Please specify your preferred shipping method, and we'll handle the logistics accordingly.
7. Delivery: Upon completion of production and quality checks, the finished products will be carefully packaged and shipped to your designated location, adhering to the agreed shipping terms.
8. After-Sales Support: Our commitment to your satisfaction extends beyond delivery. We're available to address any questions or concerns you may have, providing comprehensive after-sales support to ensure a seamless experience.
