What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

STEP 1-GET IN TOUCH
Let's brainstorm before turning your idea into reality. We'll explore products, market, and identify your biggest fans. Together, we'll discover the best products to outshine competitors!
STEP 2-DESIGN
Before sending mockup pictures, please provide your logo design in PDF, PNG, or AI format. Professional advice and estimated price will be provided after evaluation.
STEP 3-SOURCING
After the price is confirmed, our sourcing team will begin to find suitable materials, containers and packaging for pre-production samples according to your design and requirements.
STEP 4-SAMPLING
For stock products with our own original design, we will send out the samples directly after you choose the products. And for customized products, pre-production samples will be sent out after sourcing and producing.
STEP 5-BULK PRODUCTION
We will start bulk production once you are satisfied with the samples and pre-production samples, logo designs and get your approval for production after downpayment received.
STEP 6-QUALITY CONTROL
Our Quality Control Department will inspect all products to ensure quality, stability, and reliability.
STEP 7- PACKING & SHIPPING
The R&D Packaging team is committed to sourcing new packaging types that cater to customer needs and ensure product compatibility. They will carefully pack the products to prevent any damage during transit, and offer shipping options based on individual requirements.
