1. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

   • Answer: Our minimum order quantity is 100 units per style, per color. For smaller quantities, please contact us to discuss options.

2. What is the custom order process?

   • Answer:
     STEP 1-GET IN TOUCH
     Let's brainstorm before turning your idea into reality. We'll explore products, market, and identify your biggest fans. Together, we'll discover the best products to outshine competitors!
     STEP 2-DESIGN
     Before sending mockup pictures, please provide your logo design in PDF, PNG, or AI format. Professional advice and estimated price will be provided after evaluation.
     STEP 3-SOURCING
     After the price is confirmed, our sourcing team will begin to find suitable materials, containers and packaging for pre-production samples according to your design and requirements.
     STEP 4-SAMPLING
     For stock products with our own original design, we will send out the samples directly after you choose the products. And for customized products, pre-production samples will be sent out after sourcing and producing.
     STEP 5-BULK PRODUCTION
     We will start bulk production once you are satisfied with the samples and pre-production samples, logo designs and get your approval for production after downpayment received.
     STEP 6-QUALITY CONTROL
     Our Quality Control Department will inspect all products to ensure quality, stability, and reliability.
     STEP 7- PACKING & SHIPPING
     The R&D Packaging team is committed to sourcing new packaging types that cater to customer needs and ensure product compatibility. They will carefully pack the products to prevent any damage during transit, and offer shipping options based on individual requirements.

3. What is the production and delivery time?

   • Answer: Production and delivery times depend on order quantity and the complexity of the design. For standard orders, production typically takes 30-45 days from sample approval to final delivery. More complex designs, such as those with intricate hand-stitching or specialty materials, may require additional time. For urgent orders, expedited production options are available—please consult with us to discuss timelines and any associated fees.

4. What materials and customization options do you offer?

   • Answer: We work with a wide range of materials, including leather, canvas, and synthetic fabrics, and offer options for embossing, embroidery, heat printing, and more. Note that some materials or techniques may affect the cost and delivery time.

5. Can we customize with our brand logo?

   • Answer: Yes, we specialize in logo customization and branding, providing options for:
     • Placement: Choose from locations like front, side, or interior labels.
     • Techniques: We offer printing, embroidery, heat transfer, and debossing for a range of styles. We’ll advise you on the best methods for durability and aesthetic impact. Please note that complex logo designs may require a slightly higher MOQ or additional setup time. Our team is happy to discuss your logo requirements in detail.

6. How do you ensure product quality?

   • Answer: Quality is at the core of our production process. We implement:
     • Material Checks: Every batch of material undergoes inspection before production to ensure it meets our quality standards.
     • In-Process Monitoring: Our team supervises each stage of production to ensure consistency and accuracy.
     • Final Inspection: Before shipping, we conduct a detailed quality check to review stitching, functionality, and overall finish. If you require additional certifications or tests, such as durability testing, please let us know—we can accommodate specific quality requirements as needed.

7. Is there a charge for samples? 

   • Answer: We need to check with your style first to give you a quote of the cost of the prototype. But normally the cost will be $50.00-$100.00 if there is no moulds involved.

8. Do you offer international shipping?

   • Answer: Yes, we provide international shipping options and can guide you through customs and duties for hassle-free delivery. Shipping options include air and sea freight.

9. What are the payment terms and methods?

   • Answer: We accept various payment methods, including wire transfer and credit cards.

10. What is your after-sales policy if there is an issue with the order?

    • Answer: Our team is available to assist should you encounter any issues with your order.
